  After years of using this location, I feel compelled to share how wonderful the staff truly is. The women and gentleman who work here are always friendly, efficient, and genuinely care about their customers. They make every visit a pleasant experience. Most recently, after my father-in-law passed away, I needed help returning several Amazon items with blurry, difficult-to-read QR codes. During what was already such a sad and overwhelming time, one of the women patiently worked with me until she was able to get every code to scan. Her kindness and willingness to take the extra time meant more to me than she probably realized. And I know any one of this staff would have helped me the same way. This team consistently goes above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful to have such a wonderful UPS Store in our community! lissy

  I second the rude customer service review. I've tried to go here twice and both times the same gal has been super difficult to work with. If you have already purchased a UPS label, they will charge $3 to print it. Ridiculous. Go to the mid Island UPS Store. Those folks are great. I actually wonder if all the great reviews for this location simply posted to the wrong one.
