I placed an order for Vista business cards that were supposed to be delivered on May 21st, and it has now been two weeks without any sign of them. I live less than five minutes from the post office, yet no effort has been made to deliver this crucial package. This was a vital order I needed for a major business meeting, and because of your incompetence, I was left completely unprepared.

It’s only usps none of the other mail delivery companies I have issues with getting my packages. It’s becoming very inconvenient. And it seems like hours always changing. They only open from 10:30-12:00 on Saturdays and that’s the only day I’m off.
