- TYTyler Young2 days ago1.0I’m not sure how this company nor its employees can stay open or keep a job. They’re about to get sued for usage of my credit card after my payment was removed because they refuse to stop charging me rent on a device that I returned and no longer have. Their pickup for my device and empty bottles was SKIPPED and RESCHEDULED for no apparent reason and they were notified that I would not be bringing them back inside as I was out of town. I don’t know when they picked it up because they are so disorganized. So, this worthless and incompetent company is truly a terror. Any 5 review on here is a paid actor and probably a fabrication. Lol. What a joke.

I have called and spoke with 3 different people on 3 different occasions and each time I was told it's taken care of but still I am getting billed. You cant remove your information from their system. DONT DO IT MAJOR HEADACHE TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT!

They do not tell you about the $50 fee until you cancel! I’m not paying it! I can’t believe i have had them for over a year! Every time i would try to cancel they would give me some large discount but it is by far just not worth the nuisance. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!!
