  Horrible, 24 hour turnaround time they advertise is not correct nor do they execute it nor does anybody call you follow up with you. There’s no contact information to check on your order. There’s no way to prove your order to make sure that it’s accurate and when you get your order, there’s no options to get it fixed or correct it. You’re stuck with what they give you and that’s it when I asked the question, the associate told me that’s what I ordered and it was my issue. This is the Staples in Greerh, South Carolina. I will never use them again. They are not managed well.

  Absolutely hideous customer service!! I was there to do an Amazon return. They had the drop off station right in the doorway as you walked in. There was a line of five or six of us. The girl accepting the purchases was chatting with the first person in line for the better part of 10 minutes, about how cute their pets were. When that person finally left, instead of helping the next person in line, she started taping up a box. After she finished taping up the box, instead of helping the next person in line she went to the next box. Right about this time another employee from Staples came in and told us that we were blocking access to their other customers getting in and out of the building, and to move out of the way. They're literally was nowhere else for us to go. By the time the Amazon return woman was taping up the third box I finally decided to say something. I asked her if she was going to start helping the customers. She said she had to continue taping up the boxes, and that she was the only one there. There was no overload of boxes, there were no boxes stacked against the wall, there was no reason for her to continue to ignore the people waiting in line. When I said, "But you have customers waiting, she refused to wait on anybody and continued to tape up the boxes. I was unable to do my Amazon return and left the building in disgust. I will never go back in that store, I will stop shopping at Amazon!

  I placed an order with Staples on Thursday, May 8th for a set of Mother’s Day stickers. At the time of ordering, the website indicated that it was same-day printing. I live in Spartanburg, SC, and the closest selected location was Greer, SC, about 20–30 minutes away, so I expected the order to be ready that same day. When I arrived at the store, I was advised that the order had been rerouted. On Friday, I was told that the order would be ready the next day, which would have been Saturday, May 9th. However, when I checked my order status online on Saturday, it was still showing as “in process.” Because of that, I contacted customer service to get a clearer update. That is when I was advised that the order was actually being shipped next day and would not arrive until Sunday, Mother’s Day. This completely defeated the purpose of ordering Mother’s Day stickers in the first place. If I had known that “next day” meant Sunday instead of Saturday, I would have made other arrangements sooner. This was my first time using Staples’ print services, and I was extremely disappointed. I also tried calling the store multiple times on Friday and Saturday, but the hold times were extremely long, over 20 minutes, and I still could not get a clear answer directly from the store. I requested that the order be canceled due to the delay, because receiving the stickers on Mother’s Day would no longer be useful. Thankfully, I had a backup plan and contacted Office Depot for same-day printing. The experience was completely different. When I called to check on my order, someone answered in under a minute, and the service was much smoother overall. Although Office Depot did not offer the exact sticker quantity I originally wanted, the customer service experience was far better. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Staples for time-sensitive printing needs. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication, long hold times, unclear order status, rerouting issue, and failure to meet the same-day printing expectation. In the future, I will be using Office Depot whenever possible.

  Don’t place your print pick-up orders here. Not only is every other machine down every other day, they call and say “just another day or so” after not informing you it was sent out of house, then proceed to take several more days. I placed an order for pick up the following day and it wasn’t ready for two weeks. I gave up and cancelled part of it after ordering it at another Staples and they never called and told me the other part was ready. The staff they do have here is nice but clearly not enough staff to handle anything they actually offer.

  Martha is a fantastic cashier and the people that work there always make a shopping experience good. Integrating the checkout with the Amazon returns and having just 1 person doing that doesn't seem to be working out though, it's not a quick process and it looked overwhelming to be in Martha's position to look up and see about 15 people in her line. I didn't have an Amazon return but a purchase both times. I think most would agree that the way you guys had it before was perfect and quick. I just wanted to share that, hopefully something can be worked out with that. Thank you.
