  This store is an Amazon return location! Martha Johnson helped me greatly with a set of foam dog stairs and working hard to get it in a box to be able to return to Amazon! For someone to be that helpful in this day and time is Amazing! Thank you Staples for having Martha Johnson helping folks with Amazon returns! I order items from Amazon simply because their return process is so easy! Martha Johnson made it the best experience so far!

  The only thing I use them for is Amazon returns. Overpriced! If you are on a company expense account trying to use up your budget I guess it's ok, but too expensive for most stuff. Store is dingey looking and parking lot access is maddening due to the ridiculous medians in Greer.

  What a train wreck!!!! Spent 40 minutes in line total to checkout. Went to the checkout cashier line and spent a long time there to be told that if this doesn't involve an Amazon transaction go to print center because it would be alot quicker. After another very long wait I finally get checked out. This place is a joke! The store is a junk pile. Then you try to operate several businesses in one store. Staples, Amazon, and Party City all in one. Seriously!!!! A note to management, do not reply to this message with your same response " we strive to make it a great experience " If that was true you would have already actually fixed the problem. So many other customers are no longer customers and I join them. In my opinion, the best way to fix the problem is close the junk hole down and padlock the doors instead of pretending you have a real business there.

  I regret having to submit a poor review, but this was not one experience that brought me to a two-star rating. I order monthly event calendars for my office and after 6 months of orders, I believe only once I was able to pick up my order with it being complete/correct the first time. Several times it was printed in a mini version, despite 11x17 being chosen in the order. As well, I would go to pick up on the designated day, and it wouldn't be ready. Another time there was a new copy/print tech who had not been trained how to properly print the two-sided calendar - so I was trying to explain. I understand about a learning process, and I also know I haven't performed my job perfectly at all times - so I continued to utilize them and give the benefit of the doubt. I have no complaints with the staff as far as being courteous, and I believe they are trying...but after giving them another shot month after month and continuing to have these issues, I had to move my ordering to another location.

  I called ahead to see if they would remove a spine off a book with their guillotine cutter and was told yes. When I arrived, the guy working at the desk was rude and said he could would not help me, that I had to cut it myself with the exacto cutter... eventhough I could see the machine behind him. Another lady asked for help with the copier and he said he had a lot going on and would not help her. He then walked way without helping anyone. I almost ruined a $50 text book before quitting and going to another location. If you need copy or book servies of any kind, avoid the greer location.
