- CHChad HJun 10, 20261.0If negative stars were possible, they’d be the first to ever get it. I paid $599 to have a sauna built on April 23 for convenience after my wife had just had a baby. They came and built it wrong, took over 12 hours and left at 9:30-10pm. I then called to have it fixed, so they took 2 weeks to send parts, then I called again to no communication. Finally got ahold of someone and they said I needed more parts, then preceded to send me the exact same parts two more times so I have a pile of useless parts and no sauna. They sent another to fix it, they fixed the roof and trim pieces, but didn’t bother putting the heater together or installing it—not the electrical work, just the basic positioning and putting the pieces together. I called to get a refund, they refused and said I need to request “appeasement” and I did.. they didn’t call back again. I finally talked to a manager who refuses to give me any of the money back despite it being 7 weeks later without a working sauna, 3 failed trips to try to assemble it and me having to call them every 3 days during the process so I could do their job for them. An absolute joke of a company with zero care for the customers time, energy or products. I’ve never been one to bash companies but this is hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

They have been unable to track inventory or confirm accurate deliveries. We will not be working with this organization any longer. We ask you to do the same.
- LHLinda HudsonAug 29, 20241.0I do not believe the Greer, SC office understands the meaning of “Customer Service”. I ordered a chair from QVC. The LifePro company shipped via AIT. Chair was in Greer location Fri, 8-23. I called again today and was told delivery is scheduled for 9-12! When I questioned 2 more weeks to deliver lady rudely put me on hold for 20 minutes and came back with same delivery date. I would never try to use AIT in the future.
