- BWBrittany WrightJun 14, 20261.0I have constant issues with misdeliveries. They will cram things that are too big for the box into the box until they're stuck and I can't remove them, even when they're already bringing large packages to my door that day. Why not just bring both packages. You're already coming to my door. It's literally more work to stand at the box and cram it in there. I dropped off a package in the self serve drop off in the lobby, and they lost it. It was never scanned in, so it couldn't be tracked. Had to refund the person who bought the item and was out the item itself. There is *currently* a pair of shoes stuck in my mailbox that are probably ruined, because they crammed them in there. Tried calling the office for assistance, and nobody answered. I guess I'll wait for someone to answer my email on Monday. Also the website is trash, and they make it impossible to find the specific link you have to use to report ultra specific issues. Ended up having to click something irrelevant and put my issue in the comments section just to get through to anyone. Edit: Monday at 7 pm I got an email response from a manager informing me that the employee who crammed the shoes in my box had been reprimanded. Ok...? There's still big Ole pair of shoes crammed in my box? That's the whole issue. Was Wednesday before they were removed and passive aggressively placed on my porch in a tub with 1 other package.

But they don't let that slow them down. I am in and out of there so fast. Even if there's a long line, it moves. This post office makes my day!
