This is the SECOND time someone PAID for PRIORITY MAIL OVER $10 so it gets to me on time and STILL sitting since yesterday at this facility and it's supposed to be delivered today and there's no update since yesterday! Must have incompetent people working. IS IT THAT HARD to get it on time. So tired of this

Sometimes there is a wait but this service is very friendly and they work hard and deserve their 5 star rating...every bit of it.

Drove 45 mins bc they take walk ins only to get here and have a sign on the door that says due to staff shortages they don’t take walk ins. However they were still taking people to do the passports. There is also a sign that says if your paperwork is not filled out you’d be reappointed but the clerks who were working there just wanted to prove a point to me maybe bc they thought I was a privileged white person bc they allowed an ethnic woman an hour to get her stuff and family paperwork straightened out. It would’ve taken 5 mins to take my already filled out paperwork and picture and money. But instead, they decided to make fun, even laugh with other customers making comments like people are peopling today not evening knowing my situation. I was told I did not need appt for this location I gave up an appt for today so I didn’t have to miss work bc I work in healthcare and didn’t want to inconvenience my patients, but instead of someone being kind or helping they wanted to make fun and escalate it. Very unprofessional. I would recommend choosing another post office if you have the choice, you will not be treated respectfully here. Particularly by this person KIVA
