- AKAly KJun 16, 20261.0I had an extremely disappointing experience at this USPS location. When I raised concerns about mail being marked as delivered when it had not actually been delivered, the employee responded sarcastically and told me that if I was unhappy, I could come pick up my mail myself. Rather than trying to help resolve the issue, I felt dismissed and disrespected. Customers should not be spoken to this way, especially when reporting a legitimate delivery concern. I hope management addresses the professionalism and customer service standards at this branch.
