- HHHkerJul 9, 20265.0Had an unusual package delivery issue with the day it was set out and it wasn't able to be dropped off; the package was quite important and the office was extremely easy to speak with and understood the situation and fix it same day! the Delivery officers from this office has always been nice and has easy early morning drop offs always before work

The lady on the phone explained to me that yesterday was a holiday. I didn’t know that October 14 was a holiday.. I then began To try and ask another question, when she rudely interrupted me, yelled at me that they were closed yesterday, and then hung up on me. I tried to call back, she continued to hang up on me. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in quite a long time, I will be calling to talk to a manager tomorrow. If you don’t like working with the public, please don’t.
