- MMMahmut MumcuMay 1, 20261.0I came to UPS and realized I had forgotten to print the label. I asked if that would be a problem, and they said, “We can help you.” They took my phone, sent the email to themselves, and then asked for $3 afterward. Since they had already used my email and completed it on my behalf, I felt like I had no choice but to say okay. $3 may not sound like a lot, but for a single black-and-white print, with no information given in advance, that is ridiculous. They charge money for everything, but asking $3 for a simple print that probably costs 10–15 cents is basically robbery. For customer satisfaction, this easily could have been done for free, and it would have left a much better impression.

It’s the small things like that, that matters most. Oh, and did I forget to mention how great the service is??? Thank you so much for being kind!!! God bless! ❤️

While the guy on duty half heartedly looked for a box, several others came in with packages, and formed a line behind me. The guy then began complaining, somewhat loudly , about all the people, and all their packages, and why was everyone coming in now. It was very bothersome to him. Not wanting to impose on his time, I left and will buy what I need at another location.
