  We were in Greenville to handle my brother's estate and we needed some office stuff done. We needed to get multiple documents in an email printed. Nirav Gor walked us through the process, which was simple and well-designed, and we had our legal forms in hand in just a few minutes. A while later we needed some documents shredded so we went back and Nirav got those docs set for shredding in a secure environment. Finally we had some very expensive sterling silver to be shipped across the country and Nariv efficiently arranged packing and shipping that too. We flew home later that day and the next morning all of our pieces were delivered. We're extremely happy with Nariv and the staff at the Augusta Street UPS Store and would recommend them to anyone needing office/business services.

  I had several unpleasant experiences at this store over the years, specifically re: employees being unfriendly and rude. On one occasion I needed my signature notarized and was refused on the account that the document wasn’t in English. A notary is supposed to confirm the authenticity of my signature based on my ID, not understand or verify the content of a document. Today I asked for a receipt for my prepaid package, which was met with reluctance, attitude, and grumbling. So unnecessary. I will take my business elsewhere moving forward.

  We needed to ship a framed photograph to family in CO. and decided to trust the UPS Store to pack and ship it for us. Thinking that a shipping company would know how to properly pack this family heirloom and that once packed it would be well treated in the network. Tragic mistake! A week later the package containing shattered glass, busted frame and countless scratches on the photo arrived at the destination. Short version is that the packaging at best was insufficient and at worst intentionally neglegent. It took a month to finally collect the claim and it was the minimum even though they were clearly negligent. DO NOT trust this location with anything you value. I know that they can accept envelops and hand them to the UPS driver however packing and shipping is a no go. Recommend you take it to someone who cares.
