  We live in Hollingsworth and I visit this store frequently. The owner is always very professional and friendly. All staff are kind and very helpful! Brianna is there frequently when I stop by and she is such a kind person! I highly recommend this UPS store! I would give 10 stars if that were an option!

  I don’t leave many negative reviews, but I wanted to share this experience for anyone who may be new to shipping. I’ve recently started selling items on eBay, so I’ve visited a few different UPS Stores. This was the first location where I left feeling more like an inconvenience than a customer. I was asked to package my item myself, which was completely fine. My issue wasn’t the policy—it was that I had several questions because I don’t ship packages very often, and I needed a little guidance. Instead, I felt like I was expected to already know the process and terminology. Every question I asked seemed to be met with impatience rather than a willingness to help. The employee assisting me, Brianna, was also wearing two earbuds throughout the interaction. She explained they were in case her manager called, but it didn’t create a very welcoming or customer-focused first impression. More importantly, her tone came across as dismissive, and I left feeling like I was bothering her simply by asking basic questions. I’m not writing this to criticize anyone personally. I understand everyone can have an off day, and retail can be challenging. I’m simply sharing my experience because customer service matters. If you’re experienced with shipping, this location will probably be just fine. But if you’re a first-time or occasional customer looking for a little guidance, I’d recommend visiting another UPS Store where the experience is more welcoming and helpful.

  Brianna was absolutely fantastic in helping me today! I needed to return a package , so I went to the UPS store located on Rocky Slope Rd here in Greenville. Brianna went the extra mile in assisting me! She was very friendly, and had excellent customer service skills. She made me feel happy and I left with a smile on my face!! Thank you so much Brianna for making my day happy!!!

  I have been using this UPS store for two years. I have rented a mailbox there. They’re always pleasant and helpful. Could not ask for a better store and staff.

  Returned my Spectrum equipment at this UPS store rather than fight the traffic to a local Spectrum store. Perfect experience as usual. Associate was familiar with the process, what to do, and then made certain I knew what to do with the receipt I was given to ensure no problems later. This UPS store always exceeds my expectations!
