Being overseas and working across a significant time difference came with a lot of questions and concerns, but this incredible team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Dee, in particular, deserves a special shoutout for her exceptional customer service. She consistently checked in with me throughout the entire process and made sure I was kept informed. No matter how many times I reached out or how many questions I had (and trust me, I had A LOT lol), she was always patient, kind, and more than willing to help. Thank you to Shanell, Dee, and the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.
