  Sam was amazing at helping me after ALL of what I printed came out wrong. I wanted to be proactive this time and order online instead of in store. I did it all wrong and she helped me get everything right. I could tell she had things to do but she made me a priority and was super kind about it. I really appreciate it! Always a great experience at the printing counter.

  Excellent service and a great customer experience! I recently visited Staples to have my passport photos taken, and I was very pleased with the experience. The staff was friendly, pleasant, and helpful, making the whole process easy and comfortable. What impressed me most was that I was told I could come back on another day and have the photos retaken for free if I wasn’t happy with the result. And, as someone who can be a little picky about photos, I actually took advantage of that option! 😊 I really appreciate this kind of customer-friendly approach. It shows that Staples cares about customer satisfaction and is willing to go the extra mile. This is an especially great option for those of us who want to make sure our important document photos look just right! Thank you for the pleasant service and for making the experience so stress-free. I would definitely recommend Staples for passport and document photos!

  Absolutely terrible customer service. I came into this Staples location for a return, and the woman assisting me was unbelievably rude, nasty, and dismissive. Her attitude was completely unnecessary, and she made it very clear that helping a customer was the last thing she wanted to do. If coming to work and providing basic customer service is that much of an inconvenience, then maybe she needs to stop showing up. I asked to speak with another manager because of how poorly I was being treated, and somehow that was no better. He was also unhelpful and showed very little concern about the situation or the way I had been treated. The entire interaction was extremely unprofessional. Customers should not have to deal with nasty attitudes simply for coming into a store and asking for assistance. Both employees were an awful representation of Staples and clearly need some additional training in customer service and professionalism. I will absolutely NOT be patronizing this location again. There are too many other businesses willing to treat paying customers with basic respect for me to ever spend my money here again.
