    Unfortunately, every visit to the Staples on Woodruff Road seems to be a frustrating experience. The biggest issue is customer service and wait times. I've stood in line multiple times waiting for assistance while employees continued helping checkout customers, leaving people needing other services waiting far longer than necessary. The store often feels disorganized and understaffed. Whether it's a staffing problem or a management issue, the customer experience suffers because employees appear stretched thin and customers are left waiting. I've also had several interactions with Doug that were less than pleasant. He often comes across as impatient and unfriendly, especially when handling Amazon returns. Customer service should be courteous and helpful, and unfortunately that has not been my experience. What's most disappointing is that this isn't a Staples-wide issue. The McBee location is a completely different experience. The staff there are friendly, efficient, and professional, and I will gladly drive out of my way to visit that store instead. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve staffing, organization, and overall customer service at the Woodruff Road location.

    They lost a sale. I needed to use the restroom. They have a public restroom. But in order to go in there is a keypad on the door. I left. I'm not going to go talk to someone about my need for the bathroom and have to wait for them to open it for me. How silly a setup! When you need to go you need to go.

    The guy standing behind the counter with the balloons was very rude. I had to use the restroom and the doors are locked.. The guy was rude. Didn’t give me the code and said he’ll send someone back there. I have health problems which I do have to urinate a lot and no one even came back. Might as well just posted on the door no restrooms.

    This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I went to the Staples Amazon Return Center on Woodruff Road expecting basic customer service, but instead felt like I was inconveniencing the employees just by asking simple questions. Zee didn’t greet us, explain the process, or acknowledge us in any meaningful way. The only information we received was after I specifically asked for a receipt, and he simply responded that it would be sent by email. The interaction with Sherry was even more frustrating. When I politely asked where Amazon returns were handled, she pointed and said, “Right there” in a dismissive tone. Later, when my husband asked the price of an item, her response was, “$3-something, it’s in front of it.” No effort to help, no professionalism, and no courtesy. To make matters worse, the restroom was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The lack of cleanliness reflected the same level of carelessness we experienced with the customer service. A store that serves customers all day should take pride in keeping its facilities clean and presentable. Customer service doesn’t require going above and beyond—it requires basic respect, friendliness, and a willingness to assist customers. Unfortunately, neither of those employees seemed interested in providing any of that. The atmosphere felt cold, unwelcoming, and dismissive from start to finish. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt others should know what to expect.
