I have all my parts together and I know exactly where they’re all going and I have each one individually ready for shipping with my own paperwork. I have never had to fill out a recipient and a sender information for each shipment. It’s a serious waste of time, the controlling attitude of the customer service rep for the day was not helpful at all. She needs a serious lesson in courtesy. And if she doesn’t want to do her job, then she should get a different one.

She helped me with several packages and was incredibly fast and efficient; Kyung even put shipping/delivery notification details in before I even asked her to, like she was reading my mind! She is a huge asset to FedEx. She also went above and beyond in trying to fix an account issue we have had for months. Kyung told me to send her the details and she would have one of her sales representatives look into it right away. THANK YOU KYUNG!
