- HFHeather FinneySep 15, 20261.0So I call the Gray Court post office and they don't answer and the calls hang up. So I turn around and call the 1800 number and it is horrible. AI cannot help me and it took me ten minutes to get through to the stupid AI to get in the queue to speak to a representative. The post office screwed up and this AI cannot handle my issue. They need an option on the call tree for post office screw ups so it can go to a person that can help and avoid wasting my time. I call quite often. I ship a lot of packages and there are so many late, delivered to wrong address, scanned incorrectly, etc. Lose quite a bit of money and customers due to post office issues. Getting a bit tired of it. They keep increasing the rates, taking longer to deliver packages, and it's frustrating dealing with the issues.
- AAAmberAug 16, 20261.0Mail is rarely delivered. I have informed delivery and see what I’m supposed to receive every day and they might deliver my mail once or twice a week. I’ve had packages left in the middle of my yard, on my uncovered side steps in the rain when I have a covered front porch, and just plain not delivered because they didn’t feel like it and I had to go pick it up.

Now yesterday when I got home my packages were in the road next to my mailbox. These two packages had expensive items in them. This is not acceptable!
- KFKathryn FowlerMay 27, 20261.0Hands down absolute worst post office. Most of the time your packages aren’t delivered to your house for reasons only the Lord knows. So you have to make time in your schedule to go up there the mere 4 hours they are open. People work for a living.. crazy concept to these people. And if by chance you do make it up there when someone is there they might be too lazy to go to the back and get your packages so you have to wait yet another week.
