  I previously posted a review about my disappointing experience with shipping a shadow box through the UPS store in Goose Creek. While the box was extremely damaged during transit, the staff was helpful with getting our insurance claim pushed through and rectified. We appreciate the staff and their assistance. Magi went above and beyond to follow up and make sure we were satisfied with the outcome. Although we were unhappy with transit experience, we were extremely happy with the staff and their assistance making this situation right. If you go to this store, Magi is your girl! She was wonderful. Her follow up was thorough and made this a much better experience than it could’ve been.

  I used to use this UPS for returning Amazon items. Twice now an item has been scanned by UPS employees, I have received my refund from Amazon, and then I get emails from Amazon stating that the item was never returned. Once was annoying, but twice now is suspicious. Thankfully I kept those emails from UPS stating I DID return the item to them BUT I was still charged by Amazon and am having to dispute additional charges with both Amazon and my credit card company thanks to some negligence happening at UPS. Management needs to check into what's going on here and I highly suggest everyone NOT use this location as an Amazon returns location.

  There are a few stores in the area, but I particularly like coming to this store in Goose Creek in part because Magi and her team are great. Very knowledgeable and always helpful!

  We paid $213 to professionally package and ship a solid oak shadow box for a military retirement ceremony. We paid for fragile packaging and regular packaging and 2 day transit through UPS. Below are pictures of the box prior to shipping as well as the box that it was packaged in, and what the shipping box and shadow box looked like after transit. Luckily we purchased insurance. If you ship something fragile, pack it yourself, and make sure you trust whomever is transporting, and PURCHASE the insurance, you will be glad that you did. The insurance claim won’t cover the ridiculous fees for material and packaging but it will cover your product and the base shipping fee. Protect yourself and your customers, family, friends & products. It is also important to know how to spell fragile if you are in the shipping industry, although I do commend the person that wrote it because they clearly meant for it to be seen. I will also add the staff at the store was helpful but didn’t seem to have an over abundance of packaging knowledge.
