But my Amazon orders, addressed to the very same address as my junk mail BTW, somehow get "forwarded to another address". AAR, I don't get my package and Amazon can't find it either so they have to issue me a refund.
- AGAmber GaineyAug 5, 20261.0I want to start out by saying the guy postal clerk is very nice there. I had a girl postal clerk label my packages WRONG on 08/03/2026 around 11am. I have since filed a formal complaint. This has caused great confusion and stress for my business.
- DSDenisse SalasJul 20, 20261.0I have security cameras on my property, and no one even attempted to deliver my package. I was home the entire time. Every single time USPS is supposed to deliver something, I receive a notice saying they couldn’t deliver it because there was “no secure location available,” but they never actually come to my door. Amazon, Walmart, and every other delivery service have no problem delivering packages here. This keeps happening and needs to be addressed.

- DDDAMIENJul 12, 20262.0Never used to have any issues with mail. My family has lived out there close to 15 years. Unfortunately this has changed. Informed delivery shows expected mail. But it never is delivered especially from dmv. Had two registrations that were mailed to my mother, not delivered. So she had to go to dmv twice, to physically get the decals. Now, both her and my sister never recieved thier new driver licenses that were mailed. The big issue now is DMV only mails new licenses. So this is really bad. Spoke to others who have a gaston mailing address and this seems to be a thing now.... no mail delivery except junk mail. Not everyone who has a gaston zip code lives in the town. So it is not convenient to drive to the post office to get mail. They do not answer the phone, we called many times. This needs to be fixed USPS.
