I went to mail a package and was told they would not tape the box unless I purchased tape from them, even though I did not need it and had already prepared my package at home. This felt unnecessarily rigid and unhelpful. As a result, I had to leave and go back home just to resolve something that could have been handled easily at the counter. While I understand there are policies in place, customer service should also include flexibility and basic human consideration. Overall, this experience felt frustrating and like customer convenience was not taken into account. I hope USPS considers balancing its rules with better service and common sense in the future. If you want, I can �make it stronger, �shorter for Google reviews, or �more formal.
