A big shout out to Perry who was at the store and had no probem to step up for another driver's mistake, knew from the picture I had been provided where my package was delivered😯 and went and got it for me. I am so thankful, he did it with a smile and within 15 minutes I had my package. What customer service! Thank you, Perry!

I called over 10 times and kept getting a voicemail stating it was full and not accepting messages. Finally talked to someone and said my refund will take over a month to process. Quick to lose my package, slow to refund my money and very poor communication
