  Jeriza Jarizza i dont how you spell her name African American lady she’s tall skinny she’s very nasty with Clients she has a very nasty attitude towards paying clients! she obviously hates customers I wasn’t the only one she was being nasty to Her hair looks messy like she just woke up On the other hand is a yung male man Trenton very kind very polite very presentable he helped me with no problems he should be the future manager Make customer service great again!!!

  Deianna, my customer service support at THIS UPS Store is totally professional and ultra competent!!!! She quickly downloaded docs that I was unable to, and got my package shipped safely and expeditiously. So glad I chose this UPS store which met all my shipping and packaging needs in one fell swoop!

  I felt compelled to leave this one-star review, and I truly hope the owner of this location sees it. I’ve been using this service for 9 years, and my business has grown alongside this office, so I’m very familiar with how things used to be. Since moving to the new, larger location, my experience has completely changed and not for the better. The customer service is extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the staff consistently come across as rude and unprofessional. It’s gotten to the point where I’ve told my husband I don’t plan on returning. It’s shocking to encounter such poor attitudes across the board. Usually, you might run into one or two employees having a bad day, but here, nearly every interaction I’ve had has been negative. There’s a clear lack of care for customers. I visit this location at least three times a week, so this has been an ongoing frustration. I truly miss the previous staff, who were always welcoming and professional. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

  Deianna a was amazing! Her “welcome” to UPS was a pleasant way to start my day off. Her service was quick, my wait time minimal and her smile was warm and friendly — which isn’t usual anymore. For this reason alone, I’d recommend the UPS STORE 2117 W. PALMETTO, Florence, SC to everyone
