  A horrific experience, to say the least. I visited the Irby Street store to have copies made, something I have been doing there for years. This is normally a simple print job that Kristen and Stacey have consistently completed in under four minutes, regardless of whether there were five or fifteen customers in the store. Unfortunately, my experience with the appointed supervisor, Alyssa, was completely different. From the beginning of our interaction, she was rude and unprofessional. After I explained that I needed copies made, she immediately began helping the customer behind me without acknowledging me or asking me to wait. Once she finished with that customer, she remained at the register using her phone instead of assisting me. When I asked if she was going to help me, she responded that she assumed I would make the copies myself. After sighing and rolling her eyes, she finally completed the job, but the copies were entirely disorganized. All 71 copies were out of both alphabetical and numerical order, and, even worse, my original documents were mixed in with the copies. As a result, it took Kristen and me more than 30 minutes to sort everything back into the correct order. I want to sincerely thank Kristen for stepping in to help, even though it was not her responsibility. She demonstrated the professionalism, courtesy, and customer service that I have come to expect from UPS. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by the supervisor, Alyssa, deserves less than one star. UPS is a customer service company that prides itself on putting customers first. I hope this matter is addressed and that supervisors are held to the same standards of professionalism and service that employees like Kristen consistently demonstrate.

  Everyone here is always happy to help at the S Florence location. Alyssa helps me often there and she is always smiling and kind. They always greet you with a smile and the lines move super fast.
