- LWLayla WoodAug 11, 20261.0I had a Depop order to ship, and it said I had 3 days until it expired. I went to the post office the day after my customer bought my item because the post office was closed when they purchased it. The lady at the post office said, “It has to have today’s date on it,” with so much attitude because it was supposedly “expired.” I printed the paper for my package myself because apparently they can’t give us the stickers, which I feel like is just wasting stickers. I put my package in my mailbox or a blue box every time when they say that, and my customers have received their packages. But when it comes to bigger packages I have to cancel their order leaving them to cuss me out.
- MLMarina LegeAug 11, 20265.0Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this post office. They have always been very helpful when delivering packages, and our mail lady is awesome. Whenever I am unsure about something I'm sending, I make sure to double check with them first. I have, however, seen the women in the office be treated rudely by customers. I'm sure they put up with a lot while just trying to do their best at their job and make sure things go out correctly. Thank you Duncan USPS for all you do!

There is a grace period and labels are valid for 28 days but they would not accept my outgoing package. Retrain employees they’re clearly unknowledgeable.i was rudely told by the man that works there " I know I'm right because I tell people this all the time"They are only open during specific times which makes it hard on working people. After this I took package to another local post office and was accepted with no issues.
