  I used this location to send certified mail, but I will not use them for this service again, and I would not recommend them to others for certified mailing. I usually go to the main Post Office for this service, but due to time constraints, I chose this location instead. I sent my certified mail on September 30, and the tracking showed my mail stuck in a loop for days. I followed the instructions provided and contacted USPS when the tracking failed to show delivery. Unfortunately, the USPS representative was unable to locate the necessary address information from the store, and it appears the associate either failed to enter the addresses or entered them incorrectly. As a result, my mail has been delayed, and USPS is now investigating the issue to determine a resolution. While I have no concerns about using this location for package shipping, I strongly recommend going directly through USPS for their services such as certified mail. Based on my recent experience, there appear to be gaps in staff training or attention to detail when handling more specialized services which has turned into an unnecessary inconvenience to me.

  Do not go here no matter what. They made a mistake putting in an address that my elderly mom gave them. This address does not exist. The driver somehow delivered to an address that does not exist, did not take a picture, and put other as the location. When she tried to file a claim menage because she put insurance on it they told her she can't get it and to suck it up

  I am an artist and run a small business. Finding reliable and kind people in the printing and shipping business is nearly impossible. The UPS Store in Duncan is a total outlier. Every single staff member is extremely helpful. Erica specifically goes above and beyond to make sure that all our art prints come out perfect. I will forever print with THIS STORE!

  I had such a wonderful experience with Josiah at The UPS Store! He was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and professional. My package was actually being shipped through FedEx, but that didn’t stop him from going above and beyond. He taped up my package, labeled it for me, and even explained exactly where I needed to take it. His kindness, patience, and excellent manners really stood out. Customer service like this is rare, and Josiah is a true example of what exceptional service should look like. Thank you, Josiah, for making what could have been a frustrating experience so easy and pleasant!
