- XXXRumpelstiltskinJun 26, 20261.0I order packages i get them delivered the first day the second day all my packages are being returned to sender and ive been calling this office every 3 minutes for almost an hour with no answer I just want to know why my packages are being returned what a trash post office
- LBLanette BradshawApr 11, 20252.0I have been so disappointed since moving here to Cross as far as mail delivery. As far as being treated nicely at the post office, the girls in there are very KIND and helpful. As far as getting my mail and packages, it's been a nightmare. I live 100 yards from mailboxes, but my packages are not delivered. I have to go to post office. They stated that they can't come down my road which is a horseshoe, so they wouldn't even have to turn around at all.
- DDDaniiFeb 18, 20201.0Wont drive 30 seconds to my gate from the mail box for packages. So i have to drive 30mins to them. Thumbs down
- CRChristina RussellJan 28, 20205.0Mrs. Liles has been our primary point of contact at this post office for nearly three years and it is so nice to say that I have NEVER had a bad experience! Every time my husband or I need help at the post office she is always so kind and helpful. I know customer service isn’t always the funnest job, but she has never been without a smile on her face or an offer to help load up our heavy dirty boxes. It’s rare to have such an ongoing positive experience nowadays, but when you have someone routinely go above and beyond to ensure you are happy and taken care of we need to take the time to acknowledge it. I’m sorry I didn’t post this review sooner! We are so grateful for the amazing service! Thank you so very much!!
