  Went in March 5th at 9:15 am enough time to send something out and make my appointment. Boy was I wrong. They was always a long line. Short women with long hair and glasses working along with a older aged brown colored male. Was my turn, lady said computers went down. Told me to retract back to the postal worker next to her as they still people behind me waiting to mail. I got permission from next person in line to move ahead. Placed mail on counter beside the mailer and post worker. Post worker says what are you doing when you would think he would know what's happening all around him as she spoke to tell me to go to him but he has no ideal of whats happening it seemed. Sorry to burst your bubble Mr. Post man but I'm trying to mail out a box. Was having trouble getting address on box with current post worker then he then planned to write it right himself as I would tell him the address. My time is ticking and Ive already been there long enough that I'm going to be late for my appointment which in 23 years of keeping my appointments and being on time Ive had never been late but so now this day I am so I tell him I'll do it later that Ive got to go. Come back after appointment post man says theres that guy who had to catch a plane which I didn't take very nice and dnt think it is funny. Got same lady. She now tells me that the address is not a real address. Guy next to her keeps talking away like he trying to see how upset he can get someone or get them uncomfortable as possible. I called the district something manager or what after several calls and he said he does not fall for this that they he will attend to it and that it is a real address. Gave me his number and I tried calling him back after a couple weeks to see what was done but get voice mail and he won't answer. His name was Mr. Howard with something affairs. Have went in and post workers are still there. UNPROFESSIONAL. That's what they said to and they take it serious is what they said. Did 10 complaints online by email and they did nothing. That's something to make ones day or month miserable when your time gets dragged and get disrespected and no respect what so ever. Terrible work. I tried talking with a manager years before about a mail problem and she didn't even want to discuss or communicate. Made it difficult so I didn't even bother with calling a manager on this.

  no customer service been waiting on my mailbox key for over a week and can’t get anyone on the phone or go to the closer post office since this one is 20 minutes away from me because of zipcode

  Very disturbing to know that I mailed a friend a basic letter with a stamp...he received notification via phone at the trailer park he lives in that it was delivered to his mail box....Yet...it was empty...how his landlord manages to pull this poor behavior towards tenants and mail delivery it truly disheartening.....yet again another mess, I'm expected to correct...no different than a money order for** $250 from Fairless Hills Bucks Co Pa regarding a $250 money order I attempted to mail same said friend.for money I owed him!!!!! .truth be told, redundant or not... definitely something fishy within USPS.. internal affairs doesn't even care...smh
