- EWElla WaltersAug 17, 20261.0These workers are in my opinion very unprofessional. They make mistakes without apologizing. Lines are usually long and the managers are usually no help. I have had checks and medicine put on the wrong mailbox. Today a lady brought in a package of medicine delivered to her address with another address clearly written on it. She had opened it by mistake The clerk told her to rewrap it and pay for new mailing. These people need training and some fired. They are the worse I have ever witnessed.

- KKKWJul 27, 20261.0Staff are not helpful, Mail Drop off boxes will be too full to deposit anything. Staff will not answer doors when knocked or, or be willing to help you if it’s after 5. Mail self service station is not functional either.
- JIJohn Ratchford IIIJul 23, 20261.0Order a package on 07/16/26. Delivery date was 07/18/20 by 9pm est. Then the date was changed to 07/20/26 by 9pm est. The the tracking was updated showing that it arrived on the 20th at the processing center. 07/23/26...nothing, no movement no follow up call after filing a complaint. Post off asking for more money and can't deliver as promised. Columbia SC has the worst postal service ever. I'm ordering FedEx, may be more, but I've never had a missed delivery or delivered to the wrong address.
