I had a very unpleasant experience with Jane today. She greeted me with an unnecessary attitude and made an easy drop-off unnecessarily difficult. I brought in a package for return using a QR code, which had an adhesive label. Despite a roll of tape sitting right in front of her, she refused to assist and sarcastically told me I should go purchase tape somewhere else. Very unprofessional behavior.

Since moving to Columbia, I have had nothing but problems with my mail.
Today physically going to the post office, as is always the case when I visit this location, I was completely ignored by the staff at the window, and when finally acknowledged was treated very rudely and disrespectfully.
What pushed me to finally write a review is that the worker brazenly stole my pen when she thought I wasn’t looking. You have to bring your own pen to this location because they don’t have any. Nor do they have any postal forms, but then get angry with you when you don’t have them filled out when you go up to the counter.

I really wish Google would allow for 0 stars. This post office consistently has the worst, discriminatory, and rudest employees. The supervisor never came to the counter when requested by several customers to complain. I have contact customer service to complain and told they can’t do anything about the employee because they are union. This is why no one wants to use USPS and they are becoming irrelevant.

One star is all this post office deserves. It is there and there are clerks at the counter, and that's about it.
The post office does not deliver on Hold Mail requests. As the result, some pieces of mail get lost.
The managers are never there to talk to the customers. I witnessed on a few occasions that they grudgingly appear after a long wait and then mumble something under their breath and disappear. The managers do not engage with customers and demonstrate zero professionalism.
The clerks are semi -rude, too.

I politely asked to track a package which never showed up, and the woman at the desk (Jane) was extremely rude to me. I guess she thought me asking to track my package was a personal slight against her, because she was acting as if I was trying to start a fight with her while I stood there calmly. Honestly the only reason I could think of that she would be so fuming at me immediately was that I’m a young trans person so my legal name doesn’t match up with my ID (which was the issue.) I guess this post office is not a fan of the gays haha. As soon as she started talking to me she acted as if we had a deep history of hating each other. I have to say I’m very disappointed and also now I’m out $60 because of my missing package. My boyfriend went back in and talked to the manager who then said he would help us, so obviously my name on the package not being my legal name was not a real issue, and this woman just wanted to turn me away due to her own prejudice which is sad.
