- ABAuguste BankerMay 14, 20261.0Had to overnight envelope. It was guaranteed to arrive by 3rd at 6:00pm. Not only did it arrive not by then, but by 5 days later on the 8th! The frustrating part was I spent $34 dollars to guarantee it to arrive as soon as possible. Not only was it late, but they wouldn't refund me my money because of course refunds are only available for 30 days. A load of BS. Yes I was busy and work an 8-5pm job so it is hard to get time to go to the post office itself, but if I was told refunds are only available for 30 days I could have tried to get here in time sooner. Not to mention how many packages have not arrived "lost". RIDICULOUS.

I have had a po box here for 15 yrs but if i need any other services i would never visit this location because when there's a problem there's no answer.
