Spent far too many months trying to correct a PO Box billing issue at this location. We opened a PO Box but it wasn’t the correct size; we intended to open a smaller size; prior to leaving the office that day the post office staff encouraged us to try the larger one out to see if it would work; we obliged. Later that same afternoon we returned to the location and advised we simply did not need a large box and it was better we get the smaller one. We paid for the smaller box but the staff refused to fully refund the larger one.

This has to be the worst mail delivery people ever. They always state they tried to deliver the package without a a slip and the forest acres post service continue to do nothing. I never had this problem in the 29203 zip code only on the 29206 one which is wild.

I arrived at the door at 4:58 pm today which is Friday. The worker was locking the outbound door. With my hand on the door pushing, she tells me she is closed. I assume the closure time is 5:00 but why would they lock the door before then? There was one person in line inside and I was pushing open the door with packages in hand to mail. How much time would it have taken her to provide a little customer service? Ratchet!

Got there on a Saturday at 11 am, they were closed. As we were standing outside with other customers, a guy appeared and told us they would open in 5 min (over one hour late!). Waited in line, turned out, they had no stamps to sell. A post office not capable to sell stamps! How low can you fall? Also, when a customer approaches you and says, "Good morning", common courtesy would make you reply or even look up. Not so at this post office......
Update: returned on Monday, they had no Christmas stamps. They sold us other stamps for our international cards, but we just found out they are for $1.27 instead of the necessary $1.70. So we have the wrong postage on all our cards.

Absolutely everyone should be replaced except for a handful of delivery drivers. This post office has delivered my family’s mail and packages to the wrong people for years. Every attendant at the front has been nothing except unhelpful, condescending and as rude as they could possibly be. I’ve tried to speak to a manager for a YEAR and no one returns my calls or anything. I’d love to talk to the manager to find out why one of our packages got delivered to a PO Box when we don’t have a PO Box there and another package “was handed off to an individual”. Those were my six year old sons gifts who had just come out of surgery, you guys literally helped steal from a child and your attendant had the nerve to give me attitude for trying to track it down and act like I was wasting her time. Then the back room ignored the six times I rang the doorbell and should be quieter when telling each other “to just ignore it” loud enough for me to hear through the door they continued to walk by instead of giving me my package that is sitting there that I no longer trust them to deliver. USPS has practically monopolized the postal system, so why are you not doing better? I want an answer. I’m done getting ignored when USPS has cost me thousands in lost packages and mail and never done a thing to help me.
