The ladies are in there and the doors are unlocked, I didn’t realize they were closed. “We’re closed”. Oh sorry, the drop box isn’t working? Yeah it’s full. Locks the door in front of us and refuses to take the boxes even though they had postage. It would’ve taken ten seconds of kindness to talk my boxes back to the counter with her. Rude.

Their staff is ALWAYS helpful and there rarely is a line of more than 2 or 3 people. The office if always clean and decorated. We are a pretty large company and have lots of mail going out and as I said, we drive the extra distance because we know it will be handled right at Trenholm.

It is infuriating that paying customers have to suffer because of USPS's blatant incompetence. My package has been inexplicably held for days, and nobody can give me a straight answer. I am now deeply concerned that a driver actually stole my shipment, especially since the staff here is nothing but a massive waste of time.
