- ILInfo LawlessSheepJul 20, 20261.0This post office just gets worse and worse. Most of the employees working up front are gruff. I wasted 2 hours last month standing in line multiple times searching for a package I was told was sitting in the main sorting facility across town for 5 weeks. The manager finally researched it and told me the package was never in their possession and the employee didn’t look as deeply as she should have. Now I just drove up, stood in line to wait for a package that was being held through today, again dealt with a rude employee and was then told they’re redelivering my package. Why was it on the truck and not at the post office per their own form? If you intend on wasting people’s time, you could at least be polite to them.
