Employees are loathe to acknowledge customers My experience yesterday: Two (2) employees were present; the first involved in a very long transaction; the other packing several boxes. I personally stood at the counter, clearly with nothing more than an Amazon item, with QR code, to return…no more than a “hand-off” transaction) and had to wait for the “packer” to finish ALL his boxes before he finally acknowledged me and did the 60 second return. It took a total of about 15 min to get a <1-min transaction done, with only one other customer present. No “hello”. No “Sorry you had to wait”, no more than a “hand me the package” motion with his hand. All I did get was a “Have a nice day” on the way out with my receipt. Very frustrating!! Lackluster service…
