- NMNate MSep 21, 20261.0Called the UPS Store to get help but was lectured they can't help because this "is not a UPS Store " Dinner expect specifics on packages or schedules but do expect them to "lose" (steal) your packages - without any responsibility to the customer. The result of 20 year old managers trying to run a business, I guess.
