  I stopped going to this store because of 1 individual in particular, who always seemed grumpy and wanting to "stick it to me". Amazon gave me no other choice for a return, so I had to visit. Guess who showed up......I was charged $40 for $2 worth of shrink wrap that was quoted at a very reasonable rate by the first staffer I engaged. I dont use USPS because they are better, its because they are nicer. Repeat business from a local is worth so much more than a quick buck. PS - the owner of this location, Ricky, is actually very nice.

  I visited this location today to return internet equipment and to pick up a package. The staff was polite and approachable. The store was organized and clean.

  Great service was provided at the store. The customer representative help me with a package that I was dropping off. I am from another state. It was a return and he was able to re-print a label seal the package again and then placed the postage on the package. This was a big help to me for this was the first time I was returning a package to this vendor. I just want to say thank you to that young gentleman who assisted me. This is a go to store. Thanks!

  I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this UPS location . The team is reliable, efficient, and truly goes above and beyond every time I visit. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable—they know exactly how to handle anything I bring in and make the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. It’s honestly just a pleasure to go there. Highly recommend.
