  I live out of the country and needed my father to ship an item for me. Patel was available to speak to me on the phone and patiently assisted my father in store. We want to thank Patel for amazing customer service.

  I frequently use their notary services, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The last two times I visited, there was no notary on duty until later in the day. To avoid making a wasted trip a third time, I decided to call ahead. I called multiple times at extended intervals over the course of two hours. Despite the business being open, no one answered the phone. When I finally decided to make the trip, the store was not busy and appeared to be having a slow morning. Of course, when I arrived, I was told once again that a notary would not be available until later in the day. I explained to the young man working there that I had been calling for two hours specifically to confirm that a notary was available. He simply stared at me without offering any response or acknowledgment. With gas costing around $5 per gallon for my vehicle, simply answering the phone could have saved me considerable time, fuel, and frustration. If notary availability is limited, customers should at least be able to call ahead and confirm before making the trip. This was unacceptable customer service and an entirely avoidable inconvenience.

  Rude customer service. Not friendly. Looked at my envelope. Asked what was in it. Told him 5 tiny crochet items. He said $41.00. I said "oh no". He told me to take it to the post office. $41.00 for a envelope package. I took it to the post office who changed $8.30.
