  Came in for toner for my printer. Store is not well stocked. Need more workers. One lady was running two lines. Overall it was ok experience

  I’ve honestly never gone somewhere this unwilling to help a customer at all. I will never return to this store after my experience today. I went in to return an item I ordered online from staples, and kept getting sent back and forth to other sides of the store because nobody seemed to know how to help me. I was sent a UPS barcode that said the store could print it for me to process the return. When I went to Zekiya on the UPS side, she told me she didn’t know how to help me, and went on to help another customer while openly telling the other customer she could help her, but not me because “she doesn’t know what I want”. Zekiya then tells me I need to pay to print the label on their store printer, despite the UPS email saying they print it for you. I let this go and paid to print it just to try and get through the return. When I print it, she tells me to go back to customer service. When I get back over there, the two workers look at me dumbfounded and tell me they can’t help me. I finally pick up my return to carry it back to the UPS side, where a friendlier employee tells me I didn’t have to do that and she would’ve helped me. I explained to her I kept getting sent back and forth and nobody wanted to help me. She easily processes the return, and gives me the tracking number and sends me on my way. I’ve never had a return made so difficult, and I’ve never gotten such a nasty attitude for needing help from someone at their job. Other than the one woman who actually helped, this store needs some major help on how to treat customers. I know everyone has off days but there’s no reason to give someone a nasty attitude just because they need you to do your job.

  Runs out of stock of popular items quickly. However, the place is well taken care of, staff is friendly, plenty of parking and easy to navigate around when not there during peak back to school shopping season. Same day print services are available but even if your order is placed within the time to qualify for “same day,” it may not be ready until two business days later.

  If I could give you less than one star, I would! Every single time I tried to print something there there’s been some sort of very poor service. The last time I got something printed the lady behind the counter was rude. She didn’t know where anything was she didn’t understand anything I was saying. The second time I placed my order I was told it was gonna be ready by 6:20 PM. I come back. It hadn’t even been worked on. It was a Father’s Day gift that was Saturday, I come back it’s not ready. Nobody seemed to know where anybody was or where anything was there was no offer of assistance. On top of that, the person who was supposed to be helping me literally stop talking to me mid sentence and turned around and walked away and started helping somebody else no less than three times. I wrote a note asked for manager asked if someone would give me a call no one has contacted me. They don’t care the store is a mess. It’s always filthy and they can’t seem to get anything right and nothing seems to work.
