  Communication and customer service not there. Visited staples today after seeing online and calling about self-service/ label printing. Upon driving across town and getting there, I was met with a dry, customer service rep in the print dept that just told me they didn't offer it and to go online. Very cold. Very dry. Even after me speaking with someone on the phone . Highly disappointed. Will not be back.

  If I could give you less than one star, I would! Every single time I tried to print something there there’s been some sort of very poor service. The last time I got something printed the lady behind the counter was rude. She didn’t know where anything was she didn’t understand anything I was saying. The second time I placed my order I was told it was gonna be ready by 6:20 PM. I come back. It hadn’t even been worked on. It was a Father’s Day gift that was Saturday, I come back it’s not ready. Nobody seemed to know where anybody was or where anything was there was no offer of assistance. On top of that, the person who was supposed to be helping me literally stop talking to me mid sentence and turned around and walked away and started helping somebody else no less than three times. I wrote a note asked for manager asked if someone would give me a call no one has contacted me. They don’t care the store is a mess. It’s always filthy and they can’t seem to get anything right and nothing seems to work.

  Their printing department needs better operations. Something that I was suppose to have done same still isn’t done 13 days later. Several excuses why it wasn’t done and one excuse was someone threw them away. Now why would someone throw an order away. SMH! I used staples because I didn’t want to order and get it mailed to me, but looks like I was better off ordering through Canva and have them mailed to me.

  I only gave it two stars because the quality of the prints are usually pretty good. However, I'm reviewing about my current order. I ordered something on Wednesday and I get a notification that it's supposed to be ready Thursday. I call Friday and it's STILL not ready. I'm told they'll be working on it momentarily and it's been nearly an hour and a half and still no notification that it's been completed. Additionally, I sometimes get notified my prints are ready and sometimes I don't get notified so I have to call in. Because I like the quality of the prints, I might still use Staples, but I'm for sure not using the Divine Street Staples anymore. This is ridiculous. Edit: I just got the notification (surprisingly). But my order should have been done yesterday as it was orinally stated.
