    Did very well. Moved a refrigerator up the outside stairs with 3 tight turns. They had to manually carry it. Don't know how they did it.

    Update on my below review: Shortly after posting my initial review, I received a call to assist in resolving my issue. Within 24 hours a delivery was scheduled, and the delivery was completed on the scheduled day. The installation team worked efficiently and completed their work exactly as I requested. I was pleased with their service. ---------------------------------------------------------- I have had a $4500 machine waiting in their warehouse for 3 days. Not to mention I'm paying $300 for delivery and install. Their online link does not allow me to schedule a delivery/install, and tells me that I have to call. When I call, I have to navigate through an automated message telling me over and over again that there are no available appointments. When I finally get to a real person, I'm told no new information and that 'they are sending an urgent email to the hub' and 'escalating the issue.' Yeah...right. "Urgent" where I'm from actually means urgent. Their online chat option yields the same results. I have attempted contact with a representative 3 times already. I am located ~90 miles from the hub, but I have no control over my proximity to a hub. It honestly just feels like I'm being ignored because of this. If your job is to deliver and install, you should be doing just that with minimal friction on the customer's end.

    I honestly think these products are being stolen and then marked as “lost” or “unable to be delivered” so the order gets canceled or reordered through Lowe’s. I’ve been trying to get a $1,000+ item delivered from Lowe’s for nearly 20 days now. I currently have two open cases with RXO, my delivery has been rescheduled five separate times, and I’ve even gone to two different Lowe’s stores in person trying to resolve this. What’s especially frustrating is that the information being documented in the cases by RXO isn’t just inaccurate, it’s blatantly false compared to what I’ve actually been told each separate time I’ve called. So every time I call back, I have to start a completely new wild goose chase. One update claimed the delivery couldn’t be completed because the truck door was somehow locked shut, yet the item still was never delivered but I could watch as the others continued to be delivered on the route via the Lowes app. Another time, they documented that they were unable to contact us, which also wasn’t true- and I had called several times trying to understand why they kept pushing out the delivery date with no contact or updates. Now the system still shows “delivery today,” even though the delivery window ended over five hours ago and no one has contacted me. I’ve already reached out three separate times today and the only answer I’ve received is that the item “was never at the store to be loaded.” Exactly — that’s the issue - you picked it up and are probably eating dinner on my new table in your home. At this point, it genuinely feels like the item disappeared somewhere in the process and no one is being transparent about what actually happened.
