  Horrible service. I will never recommend this company to anyone for any delivery service. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a washer and dryer for delivery and installation on 9 October. I received multiple updates throughout the week and the morning of delivery via text message. I waited for a phone call. No one called me for about 2 hours. When I talked to a rude customer service agent and said the driver attempted multiple times to call me. I did not receive any phone calls. She said he tried calling through an app because he did not have access to my number. I gave her directions to my house and the proper protocol to get onto the base. I waited at the gate for 20 minutes. NO one arrived. I finally called her; she said they left and canceled my delivery. When I called your company to tell them to come back because I had until 7 pm per the original message, she said no. I had to reschedule my delivery for 12 October. I WILL be calling LOWES first thing that morning. I will verify that I will receive my order. I am over your company. You are horrible. Your company hires rude staff. The staff has horrible communication skills. I think your staff attempting to communicate with your customers through an app is dumb. Customers give their phone numbers for a reason. The delivery driver needs to contact the customer if they have questions. Please stop using this app. It is not effective. I have told Lowe's not to use you. I will be posting multiple bad reviews about your horrible service. I put specific delivery instructions. I gave the dispatcher specific instructions. I asked if you deliver on military installations. I was told you do. I then drove the same route your drivers would drive. I saw multiple signs directing drivers to the COMMERCIAL DELIVERY gate. Your drivers did not take the time to look for the gate. They sat next to another housing gate. If they had driven to that gate, the guards would have directed them to the correct gate. I have been living on military installations my entire life. I have ordered multiple appliances and furniture. The times I needed them delivered, I never had this issue. I had to escort drivers multiple times. Delivery companies have never canceled my orders because they could not find my house. Drivers have always called me directly if they had issues. Your staff said the driver tried to call me. They also said the driver does not have access to my phone number. Those 2 statements CANNOT be true. Your staff and your drivers were lazy and incompetent. The next time I order something and need it delivered, I will make sure your company is not involved. You are the worst company. I will never work with you if given the option. RXO is not a company that I would recommend to any military family. I left specific instructions with multiple people how to get to my house. They were not followed. DO NOT USE

  The youngmen were ABSOLUTELY GREAT!! They were very Professional, Timely and Kind!! Even after a long hot day at work,they had an AMAZING ATTITUDE!! Thank you fellas.

  Terrible excuse of a company to represent Samsung. Company set appt between 4-8 pm. I was home at 2pm. Then they said it would be 9pm. Then they just canceled coming at all. I am a professional and expect you to be professional in your duties and communication.

  RXO delivered a “white-glove delivery & assembly” for my outdoor Polywood furniture and they were excellent in communication from booking a convenient appt time to updating me about actual arrival time throughout the process. The 2 men that assembled my furniture arrived exactly at 7am the beginning of my delivery window and were very courteous to ensure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. Highly recommend them for delivery & assembly! Thank you!
