    As a hospitality worker who frequently ships forgotten guest items, I rely on this store constantly. The young man who works here provides top-notch customer service—he’s fast, helpful, and always makes the process effortless. Even after a past hiccup with another staff member over account lookup, he quickly resolved the issue by looking up my phone number and getting me on my way. Outstanding service!

    I ship packages regularly and have used multiple FedEx locations without any issues. Today, I brought two boxes to this location and was met with one of the rudest and most unhelpful employees I’ve dealt with. The employee refused to accept my packages because, according to her, they weren’t “professionally” packaged. I explained that I ship packages regularly and have shipped items like these before, but she was completely unwilling to help or even offer a reasonable solution. What really bothered me was the attitude. There was no customer service, no professionalism, and no attempt to help—just a rude refusal. I was traveling and had already used other FedEx locations successfully, so I simply took my packages to another FedEx location, where they had no problem accepting them. I understand that there are packaging requirements, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating customers like they’re an inconvenience. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere whenever possible.

    This location is ALWAYS AWESOME!! Just so there’s no question which location it’s 7359 Two Notch Rd Columbia, SC 29203)❤️I had called ahead and spoke with Ms Jaimie she was EXTRA AWESOME!!! When I got there, she helped me get a 325 pg doc from my iPhone where it was stored I couldn’t figure out how to get it to print or to put on a flash drive. Ms Jaimie did it with ease WHILE SERVING EVERYONE ELSE WHO WALKED THRU THE DOOR!!! She was making her multi-tasking look soooooo effortless!!! I was in Awe of her and felt Blessed to have been in her presence ❤️❤️❤️ She’s TRULY an Asset to your Company!! She needs her own Store and/ or a Raise pronto!!! Thank you again Ms. Jaimie❤️❤️❤️❤️
