I made a TSA pre-check enrollment appointment at this location to complete the process. It was an hour and a half round-trip drive from my house because it’s the closest location. I drove all the way here and got here at my appointment time and apparently the employee called out today and no one else can do it. They said they were supposed to send emails out to let people know but they never did. So I wasted an hour and a half drive and now I have to come back another day. Very unprofessional. They need a better backup option if their TSA person is unreliable. A simple phone call would have saved me an hour and a half wasted drive. I’m now noticing that they are getting nothing but one star reviews for the past several months. Appears they have some serious personnel issues here that need to be addressed by an owner or someone reliable.

Called Harbison store about TSA pre check and was told walk-in service was available today. Drove 40 miles arriving at 3pm. Employee said no more walk-ins today because "the guy" was busy on the copier. She yelled over to " the guy" to confirm. Store closes at 6pm. Asked to speak to the manager. Not available because of a conference call.

Terrible customer service. The customer service rep was waiting on more than one customer on the floor as well as on the phone. She had a bad attitude with all of them including me. I have read several comments and they all say the same thing. I was returning an Amazon package and was treated horrible. I will let Amazon know. Clean up that store before you won’t have any customers.😔

I know things chamge but now yall have poor customer service there and really need to as corporate look into the workers that are being hired there at the Harbison location seriously because we as customers dont wanna be spending our money and getting poor customer service in the process and I know just because yall are corporate yall just will say anything to us because we cant see yall face to face but seriously yall need to straighten all this out or else we will not ne shopping there anymore
