  I placed an order for custom 3-inch stickers, paid for them, and was told they’d be ready on a Tuesday at 6:30pm. When I went to pick them up, I was told my order was on hold because they had to order in the 3-inch stickers and couldn’t tell me when they would be delivered. I was told, “we probably won’t know if they were delivered until we get around to unloading the truck this weekend”. Absolutely zero sense of urgency and zero willingness to help. Staples has lost my business, I’ll always choose Office Depot over them now.

  Good luck getting anything printed here. I ordered business cards online. Next day got an email that their cutter wasn’t working and my order would be delayed. Which was fine and that wasn’t even my issue. I finally get an email that they’re ready (a day after they said they would be ready) and it took me a week to have time to go pick them up, which I feel like isn’t unreasonable. But when I show up the guy at the counter said someone threw them away (???) and he’d expedite another order to be ready tonight. I was like okay fine. I give them two days (nobody has called or emailed me) and I decide to call to see if they’re ready before I drive over there. I’m on hold for 10 minutes and the lady comes back and I’m told once again that they need to expedite my order and it’ll be ready tonight. And were they ready? Nope. They leave me a voicemail the next day and she says “I see that we’re remaking your business cards. Give us a call tomorrow and we can go from there.” Excuse me?? This was the final straw for me because why once again were my business cards not printed when they said they would be? I didn’t even bother calling them back to find out what was going on. I’d already given them too many chances and I was done. I’ve since taken my business elsewhere. Never again.

  Could you please update your Google listing??? I came at 7:45pm thinking the store was closing at 8pm. Why? Because that’s what my Google search of the store hours said. Got here and saw that really close at 7:30. At least your location was listed correctly. SMDH

  The only reason I’m writing right now is because I entered the store today to return an amazon product via staples and the customer service rep. Robin was rude to me when I asked if there was a receipt or something I could get for the return, she said no. Cool. Fine. I’m okay with that. When I asked her name so I could keep track of who scanned my item, she immediately got defensive and said “well my name isn’t gonna help you. I have nothing to do with that.” Mind you she scanned my item that I’ll get a refund for. But whatever. She needs to move off of the front line if she’s gonna be rude to customers.
