Almost every single time I have a package delivered that's not regular mail it's either lost, marked as delivered when it wasn't, or the issue I had with my last delivery where they marked that my DESK couldn't be delivered because MY MAIL BOX IS FULL?!? The employees at this location will lie, mark things as delivered/undeliverable/lost and do whatever they want with ZERO repercussions. Literally today they marked a package I was expecting as having an incorrect address/my house number not existing even though the person mailing me my package sent me a picture of the label before shipping it and it had the correct address on it. So that means the carrier that went to deliver it marked it incorrectly, and now they're trying to return it to the sender with nothing I can do. Every time I tried to call this location about an issue the phone just rings and rings and no one answers. I called and reported this issue to the 1-800 number and was told that since the package was marked as return to sender there was nothing I could do or that they could do. So now my options are to either waste my time traveling to this location on the small chance they still have my package THAT THEY MADE THE MISTAKE ON before they return it all the way back to the sender or wait for it to be returned and wait all over again for it to be shipped back to me AGAIN. Thank God it wasn't my medication in this package or I'd be in real trouble due to this locations incompetence.
