To be told days later they don't know when my Order will be printed, to Call the 800# and get a refund is Very Unprofessional. My order placed was for a very important Event and should have been treated with the outmost Professionalism. All it takes is 1 bag Apple to Ruin A Company Name. This Store is that Bad Apple. The Individual(s) responding to these Reviews has to be a Computer because no Change is occuring.Truth be told "just shut this Location down"

I hope he gets the proper recognition. He is always very polite professional even at times when the store is understaffed he has always taken care of Amazon returns and staple purchases simultaneously and getting everybody in and out as quick as possible thank you. 👍
