  Consistently a great experience with this store and the wonderful staff. I am always immediately assisted getting my packages. Always friendly workers there.

  I brought a roll of film to this location to be sent to a processing facility. I didn’t realize that it was a USPS label but apparently neither did the man working because he still took my package, told me I was all set and he would send it out. It’s now been 4 weeks and my package is missing. When I went to FedEx to ask what happened his response was “well we don’t take USPS packages so he should have just handed it back to you” he obviously didn’t hand it back to me. Rude and unhelpful.

  My package is now marked as "refused by recipient" which is funny because I am the recipient and they haven't even come to my home yet. I have called twice. Was told that they have put my order as urgent since we paid for overnight. On the phone I was told the local facility would call me back because it is marked urgent. But they closed for the night without calling. And have now found out they marked it to be returned. What is the deal with this poor excuse for a facility

  I was having printer problems and needed headshots for an event. I walked in and someone was ready and eager to assist. The staff was kind and personable. I was expecting to have to wait to get my prints but they handled my order immediately and I didn't have to wait or come back to pick them up. I would highly recommend their services.
