  Service from Jesse the Assistant Manager; giving him a 5-star review for his exceptional service! I had a personal project I needed to fix at the self-service printer and was very anxious because I’d already struggled to find help and certain services at a local Office Depot. He not only helped me to format and print out my project correctly, but talked me through the process and helped me find the correct paper type so my project would look & feel professional. When the colors printed out wrong, he also went the extra step to re-print it out himself without additional charge to make sure I was satisfied with the color— all of this in just 10 minutes! I didn’t have a lot to print, but it meant a lot to me that he took the time to help with such care. His patience, kindness, and attentive service are the qualities of true leadership and/or supervision. I will be sure to use FED Ex first for any project needs before anywhere else in the future. :)

  We showed up to this location, very flustered after a shipping mishap with ShipSticks. We had five large pieces of luggage to ship that were tagged with FedEx tags and the Pickup wasn’t going to work out. We showed up with one young woman working behind the desk. We watched this young lady work with calmness, competency, and courteous to her customers. There was one particularly challenging customer (an elderly customer with a large packet of instructions) in front of us who needed a lot of extra help beyond what this employee’s typical job description is, and she handled it with ease and grace. She took our luggage and reassured us. It would be back to our home As previously scheduled. Four days later, our luggage arrived. Bravo to this young lady. I wish I got her name. She deserves a bonus and a raise. In a day and age where device is not guaranteed, she provided Excellent customer service.
