  Daniel with Employee# 345490 in Chapin, SC was absolutely amazing!! I came in with 2 packages and a very confusing situation, but he streamlined the process and helped tremendously both in the store and afterwards on the phone when I called back with questions regarding my return. He was so very polite and never once showed frustration when most people probably would have. He took his time to explain everything clearly and helped to solve a confusing issue I had in the moment. I hope he receives some form of recognition for his kind demeanor as a person because he absolutely deserves it. He was amazing to work with and if I ever need assistance again, I will ask for him specifically in the future. I cannot say enough about the kindness and level of professionalism Daniel exudes!

  I was very disappointed by the customer service at this store. The employees are consistently rude and unwelcoming. Every time I come in, there seems to be a large line while staff members stand around instead of helping customers. Whenever they do speak to you, it’s never with kindness, it always feels like you’re interrupting them or inconveniencing them by simply shopping or asking for assistance. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.

  I had three sets of construction documents printed here. When I arrived to pick them up, they were stapled all over the place and the pages were out of order. I had to remove all of the staples, put them in order, and re-staple them. Not a single set was done correctly. I was very disappointed with the finished product and quite aggrivated that I had to spend 30 minutes fixing it. The only reason I gave the 4th star is because the gentleman who was working provided a discount to try to make it right.

  The staff at the Chapin UPS store are fantastic! They have helped me with both shipping and printing projects and the service is always friendly, professional, and efficient. They make the process easy and are consistently helpful whenever I need assistance. Highly recommend!

  I needed to print almost 100 large scale blueprints. The staff at the Chapin location were extremely helpful and worked diligently to make sure the pages were printed as quickly as possible (3-4 hours of continuous printing). These guys are hardworking and know their stuff when it comes to printing, packaging, and shipping!
