Of all the post offices I have visited this post office has the most unfriendly and unwelcoming staff I have ever encountered. The last 5 times I have been there I have smiled and tried to be friendly with the woman behind the counter. Each time she has been unhelpful and unfriendly in response. The USPS can do better than this.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This post office is by far the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Had a package delivered over a week ago to a parcel locker and the delivery driver never left a key to get into the locker. Went to the post office and the post master said she would get ahold of the driver to return to leave a key and never did. They do not pick up the phone and are so rude. This place sucks and no matter how many complaints you put in nothing ever happens. This place needs new employees or to be shut down.

The older lady up front, yelled at me when I brought in packages. She shouldn’t be in customer service! I will never come back there! I left in tears! Employee’s name is Anna. She is a very hateful woman!

Awful experience this is the worst USPS I have visited before. Anna the lady in front of the store thinks she’s the boss giving an attitude towards customers and barely proving help to their needs and requests. People like this should NOT be working at a facility which such an important name like USPS, she can go home if she or other staff members don’t want to provide their best service. I saw customers upset and when it was my time to get to the front, she was just making a face like what the heck am I doing here. Take this review and concern seriously if you want to keep customers happy! In fact as of now this facility should get 0 stars rating!!

So pretty much every package I’ve ever had delivered by USPS since I’ve lived in central RARELY makes it to my door (unless delivered by UPS). I had an electronic device delivered that they put on the ground outside OF THE POOL HOUSE; mind you my apartment is 20ft from the pool house (driver may need glasses to see the giant 2 on the front for unit 2), and they did that the same weekend it rained, isn’t that STELLAR. Now I have another order gone missing, says it was delivered to a garage or alternate door. Ladies and gentlemen, there is no alternate door, and I don’t have a garage 😊 there is a mail room in which delivery companies have access (RIGHT NEXT TO THE POOL HOUSE, AND MY APARTMENT 😱). There’s also no front office since our property managers are undergoing a change in location for their office, so my package could be quite literally anywhere. Isn’t that FANTASTIC, jumping in my boots with excitement. And when I had my electronic device delivered and spent two days looking to find it in the pool house, I went to the central location for help, and was rudely dismissed and told they would not help me the second I said my address. I’m sorry, did my address offend you? I’m so so sorry you have to do your job just like everyone else 😭 maybe if you cry me a river you can also build a bridge and get over it. Anyways, you guys are terrible, have a great day 😊
