- JMJASZMINE MARIEEAug 21, 20261.0Unfortunately, my experience at The UPS Store in Camden was extremely disappointing. The employees were rude, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. As a small business owner myself, I understand that every day isn’t perfect and dealing with the public can sometimes be challenging. However, there is never an excuse to make customers feel like they are a bother simply for coming into your business and asking for assistance. The way you speak to people matters. The way you make your customers feel matters. A little kindness, patience, and professionalism can go a long way. I left feeling completely unwelcome and disappointed with how I was treated. Hopefully, management takes customer service concerns seriously and works to create a more welcoming and professional environment.
