I live between Columbia and Camden and I choose to go to this store more often than not. The store is always clean and no matter how busy they are, they will do their best to get you in and out with a smile. Especially Kelly. There isn't a time I've come in that she hasn't greeted me with smile and she always provides me with awesome service. Hats off to you, Kelly for your positive energy you show every day.

I paid a 100$ fee for my package to be delivered next day.. They told me this would be a guaranteed delivery time. Didn’t get delivered until 30 hours after the time and date that was guaranteed. If anyone has any important packages that need to be delivered quickly use the post office. They are cheaper and faster.

I would go anywhere else in the world to send my packages off, they’re rude to the customers and micromanage everybody also a lady name Kelly is very rude to the customers and her own employees. I’m not sure how she still has a job there.

We have been having a great experience with this business until today where we received a plethora of negative interaction and misleading demands. We patronize this place frequently and will be going elsewhere as of today. I am disturbed on how the staff treated us at 8:30 am on a Tuesday am over us not being informed correctly about a process.

Heather is absolutely wonderful!!! She listened to everything I wanted and made it come true. They were having internet issues and she was still able to get it done in just a few short hours and she had a smile on her face the entire time. I even witnessed some rude people in the store and the smile never left her face and her voice stayed sweet. She is absolutely amazing and if you need anything done, go check out Heather at the Camden UPS store.
