- TCTrueBlue CubbieGirlAug 10, 20263.0Not happy. I went in to return/refuse delivery on a First Class package with tracking that I never ordered. In order to get a receipt for a free service I had to make a purchase to get the receipt with the tracking number according to the person behind the counter. So I bought a stamp. I don't mail letters. I'm sure that wasn't the best way to handle that. When people are polite but not kind, it's not being nice. She forgot to give me the stamp until I was halfway out the door. If that's the policy, that's not ok.
- LMLucy MayAug 9, 20261.0Im an online seller and usually get bad service but whatever, I never expect good service at a post office, but one thing I noticed the staff here do is reach over and tap the happy smiley face button for me after checkout even though a happy face is the last thing I have ever experienced in this post office. I know they're gaming the feedback system and people just want to leave and get away from them instead of pressing the matter. Just so yall know.

I have gone to many local post offices and I like this one and the one in Moore, SC the best. I haven’t had any bad experiences in any post office.
