- DTDexter TurnerJul 1, 20265.0With the Fourth of July just a few days away, I stopped by the Bluffton Post Office at about 4:45 PM—only 15 minutes before closing—with nearly 50 packages to ship. Instead of looking frustrated to see a customer with that many packages so close to closing, the employees welcomed us with smiles and genuinely appreciated our business. I especially want to thank the two employees who helped us. I didn’t get their names, but one of them had sparkly red, white, and blue hair. Their positive attitudes absolutely made my day. We ship packages all over the state, and to be honest, many post offices don’t seem very excited to see us coming with a large shipment. Bluffton was exactly the opposite. The service was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful trip into such a great experience. In my opinion, this is the best post office in South Carolina. You all are doing an outstanding job. You guys rock!

The Zip Code was keyed in, incorrectly and was sent to the Bluffton Office. Joe was able to find my package and even was able to get it forwarded to the correct place. Mrs. Liz also helped out in tracking down the package. Several other folks there helped as well but i didnt catch their names. 5 Stars. Exceptional Customer Service. Thank you for all your help.
- SSSuzannaMar 29, 20181.0It looks like many people's issues with this location deal with deliveries. Mine is mainly their bad attitudes. They are short with customers and don't explain things nicely at all. All I want to do is get in and get out. It truly is a pain.
