Clerk Jordan was extremely rude and unprofessional. Amazon return was down (after I drove 30min) and he thought it was a good idea to talk to me like I’m an idiot for not seeing the tiny sign on the front door. Don’t go here. Look at all the horrible customer service reviews, will go out of business soon I’m sure.

The self service printers are always down. I asked an associate for help stating I had 1 paper to print along with the code to print the paper and they very rudely told me that they had orders already and that it would be hours later in the afternoon before they could print it for me. Ashley and Jenne were absolutely unwilling to assist me until I pointed out how ridiculous the situation was. A customer should never have to go through such an uncomfortable situation when it could be resolved very quickly and easily.

I wouldn't give any stars for the very poor customer service I experienced today in Staples. Amazon requires that some returns be taken to Staples. It's already an inconvenience as the UPS Store is closer and simpler. Staples your employee handling the line this afternoon made it very clear she didn't want to do the job assigned to her and you pay her for. She had at least 7-10 people in line while I was there and kept asking if anyone in line was purchasing anything. If so she would purposely stop working the Amazon returns and go to the register at the Party City counter and check them out. Once right in the middle of processing a return. Sadly the retail customers apologized to the Amazon return line for the way it was handled. The women in front of me politely asked how her day was going and the employee grumbled about the stacks of returns she'd had to do. She also told her that we all should think twice about ordering online because the consequences is what we were currently experiencing. I have never had this issue before at other Staples locations as I just recently moved to Bluffton. Bluffton Staples Management needs to correct this or don't agree to be an Amazon return drop off
