Had a super experience recently at Staples! We hadn't a clue as to what we were doing at checkout! However, the young man at checkout was SO very nice, accommodating, respectful and kind!! He patiently saw us through the entire process, and educating us as we moved forward. We couldn't thank him enough . . . . We will surely be back.

Can you give a review of less than 1? The service at this store is horrible. Some of the staff are nice and provide a nice level of service but the Woman, who I believe is at least the lead if not the Manager is HORRIBLE! She showed up at the store at 8:30 when it is suppose to open at 8. Then asks for another 10 minutes while the team "opens" the store. I am now standing at the Amazon return lines while she looks at me and then turns her back to me without saying a word. Finally I ask her if she is going to help m and she says "No Amazon Returns" . Meanwhile I had already been to the store yesterday and waited in line to return the items (and purchase items totaling over $40) for an hour and she shut down the amazon returns. She was complaining the system was too slow, so she decided she wasn't going to take returns anymore. I will never go back to that store again! Now I have to find another place to return the Amazon items! Again Horrible service!

The self service printers are always down. I asked an associate for help stating I had 1 paper to print along with the code to print the paper and they very rudely told me that they had orders already and that it would be hours later in the afternoon before they could print it for me. Ashley and Jenne were absolutely unwilling to assist me until I pointed out how ridiculous the situation was. A customer should never have to go through such an uncomfortable situation when it could be resolved very quickly and easily.
