- APAntoine Pruitt1 day ago1.0On August 17, 2026 the mail carrier hit my mailbox post and bent it and it fell to the ground. My mailbox has yet to be repaired. I’ve spoken to Nancy Ramey (Postmaster) in Belton SC per email several times and nothing has been done. She has only lied and said someone would come out and no one has come as of yet. I’ve made 2 service call request and as of today i called consumer affairs and I haven’t received a phone call back as of yet. Postmaster made the comment that my mailbox was leaning… that’s regardless of the fact. Your carrier hit the post and bent it from the ground up so it needs to be replaced. She also stated that she just started and she is trying to get caught up. But I have nothing to do with that. I need my mailbox back up ASAP. I haven’t received my mail since this happened! This is unacceptable. I’ve only gotten lies from Nancy Ramey. Nothing has been done. It’s now September 2, 2026.
- AMAlisha Martin2 days ago1.0Some of the carriers will just drop mail at road if it doesn't fit in the mailbox, versus delivering it to the house. Have repeatedly said "delivery attempted", but I was home all day, and no one came. There are some great ones, but turnover is so bad that every few months we get a new carrier who seems too lazy to deliver to the house, or who claims they are afraid of our animals and can't deliver mail... but UPS and Amazon seem to deliver to us just fine, and don't make bogus excuses.
- DLdennis lizzyAug 5, 20261.0Have watched driver intentionally not deliver mail in my neighborhood multiple times has put people's mail in vacant property mailbox to the point it was mail belonging to multiple streets they go almost a week not delivering mail they have the worst in person service AND steal people's mail!! I have informed delivery and was notified of my SSI letter on the 3rd of the month everything BUT said letter came that day in my mailbox WILL BE REPORTING THIS LOCATION Never been so shocked by shady behavior of a government Business in my life! Belton usps is horrible!

Might as well deliver "every other day" > "on Time" , as Mail comes around 7pm or 8pm and Most Folks that Work , would be getting ready for Bed. Does Mail Service Employees hate thier Jobs ? or is it the Management or Suoervisors that's the Issue,,,or possibly Both ? Once i had a Supervisor tell me , we may fire someone and wind up with somebody Worse. At this point I'd take that Chance. Never seen the Postal Service get this bad. When i think of our mail delivery in Belton , i see a Turtle doing it Better and Faster.
