- GXgina xAug 3, 20261.0Yea, they don’t answer the phone. Unfortunately, it’s a service we have to deal with. UPS gave my package to USPS. Waited around on a Saturday to have my package delivered, but it was scanned as undeliverable due to lack of access to mailbox. That’s a lie. I will try to only buy from Amazon. Say what you want about them, but they are very transparent about the delivery process.

I was literally in my driveway watching them as the placed my other mail in my mailbox and drove off. I now have to retrieve my package from them after the holidays because the didn't feel like sending it to me.

This is the place that delivers my regular mail/packages, and also I come here nearly every day to drop packages off for my online business. The people who work actually inside of the post office and help you when you go there- awesome. Love them. I choose to go there over any others in town because they are so nice. However, the actual delivery people are the absolute WORST I have ever deal with. They will misdeliver your $400 packages, purposefully drop items labeled "fragile" (I physically saw it happen...she picked it up 3 times and slammed it on the ground), not deliver your items and never leave a note or come to the door (I work from home) until the package has to be sent back to INDIA. I have called over 50 times in the past 4 years to try and figure it out. Have also called corporate to no prevail. The post master was always awful as well, but there may be a new one now as there's recently been a lady there who is super friendly every time I go. I have lived all over the country and never experienced such terrible mail delivery people.
